Jon aurait écrit une lettre aux membres de Backstage ds laquelle il indique qu'il est sorti de sa torpeur depuis septembre. Qu'il est allé à Los Angeles, qu'il est très content, que l'album va être résolument très rock, produit par Shanks comme HAND et qu'ils ont déjà écrit 12 démos !!!

We're waiting on the rings. They too are sweet. I spent August getting fat and lazy, not wanting to even think about work. It lasted until September when that knock came to my door and to my head. je viens aussi de lire la lettre de jon sur backstage, ayant eu peu de temps pour me tenir à jour dans les news ces temps-ci. je dois avouer que cela m'a fait bien plaisir, je crois + que pour les derniers albums, c'est une "bonne" nouvelle pour moi ces derniers temps ayant été très éprouvants d'un point de vue perso........

Selon Obie O'Brien, le groupe est actuellement en studio d'enregistrement pour travailler sur des démos. Ceci signifierait que le processus de composition est déjà terminer.
Par ailleurs, Desmond Child serait de la partie
Il parle d'un album rock mais y'a pas encore de titre à celui-ci

D'après le magazine Rolling Stone, une des 12 nouvelles chansons s'intitulera "Can I Be Happy Now ?" inspiré de l'élection d'Obama ...
Un pitch pour la résumer "I'm bracing for a punch, but in the meantime I'm sure going to try to be happy".

Non pas du tout, leur dernier album est une pure merveille. Mais Bono est spécialise des beaux discours et c'est pas toujours réalisé comme les prix de la tournée ...
Je vous conseille l'album, à écouter urgemment. Je crois que Franck est de mon avis
