Je ne sais pas si ceux qui étaient à Bercy ont pu remarquer un nouveau T-Shirt (pas dispo à Londres le 7 juin) où l'on pouvait clairement lire sur la pointrine un discret 'Circle Tour 2010' et juste en dessous 'World Tour 2011' ...

Que BJ ne passe pas en Belgique, admettons car il faut reconnaître que cela ne fait pas partie des concerts les plus mémorables (pour cela, il faut remonter à Bruxelles 1993)... qu'il se contente d'un Beach Festival pour contenter nos amis Hollandais et qu'il se limite à Madrid pour dire qu'il est passé en Espagne... j'ai des doutes supplémentaires. Qu'il ne passe pas en Italie et qu'il oublie l'Allemagne.... là, je n'y crois pas du tout !

Il n'a pas de secrets à ses 20 ans de mariage. La tournée, c'est bcp de solitude comme les hommes d'affaire et les soldats. Il n'aura plus d'enfants. Avoir 4 enfants, c'est un job à plein tps pour sa femme.

Il n'est pas derrière un bureau comme un pdg. Ms si tu n'as pas assimilé le système au bout de 25 ans, c'est que t'es un idiot.
Il n'y a pas de réunion d'entreprise ou de ch comme ça. ça serait tellement ennuyeux.
Le plus d'avoir un n°1 album est d'avoir l'opportunité de faire d'autres albums.
Ce n'est pas par vanité, juste faire d'autres albums.
Mtnt, tu dois faire le buzz.
Si à la période SWW, le diable lui aurait proposé un marché du genre "signe là pour que ça soit ton plus gd succès" et qu'il aurait accepté, il l'aurait regretté !
Les tournées ne st pas un revival, une nostalgia de cette époque.
Londres va être incroyable.
Ils étaient là en juin dernier pour mixer The Circle et allaient à Wimbledon chaque jour. Il y'avait des concerts nvx ts les soirs ds le parc. Dc ils se st dits "ça serait cool de faire une série de concerts ici". Et dc ils ont réservé l'O2.
Puis il peut prendre sa famille avec lui.
Il dit que le pb des px des billets à l'O2 ne concerne que qq packages spéciaux. Il ne comprend pas !

Ask him the secret of his 20-year marriage to his high school sweetheart Dorothea and he just chuckles and shrugs his shoulders.

"I have no idea," he laughs over lunch at London's prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel. "If you can answer that one you would win a big prize!

"It's horrible when you are away touring - it's terrible. You are away from everyone and it can be for long periods. But so are travelling salesmen and soldiers.

"I have been married a long time, 20 years, and it's great. I am not the only guy who's managed to do that but if I am the poster boy for marriage then I'll accept it. I made the right decision."

The couple and their four children - Stephanie, 16, Jesse James, 14, Jacob, seven, and five-year-old Romeo - split their time between a New York apartment and a home an hour away in New Jersey.

MUNCHING

Although he loves being a dad, Jon is definitely not going for child No5 any time soon. Munching his way through a spring roll, he says: "Dorothea has worked over the years but not now we have four kids. It's a full-time job. No more children for me, no thanks. I got plenty."

Jon (born John Bongiovi) met Dorothea when they were both still at school in New Jersey. She was by his side as he grew from a shy teenager into a world-famous rock god with his band Bon Jovi.

Their 1986 album Slippery When Wet spawned a slew of instantly recognisable punch-the-air anthems.

Since then Jon has overseen the band on a rollercoaster ride of stardom that has taken in addiction, rehab and divorce.

Guitarist Richie Sambora suffered the painful double whammy of seeing his father die just days after he was divorced by wife Heather Locklear. He later checked into rehab for treatment for alcoholism.

And drummer Tico Torres has also been through two divorces during the band's lifetime.

As the group's leader - Jon describes himself as CEO of a multinational business - he has stood by his old friends and helped them through the tough times. He says: "Richie had issues, Tico went through it. They all had problems unfortunately. When you have been together a long time then unfortunately things happen. You grow up, life goes on. You get married, you have kids, you get divorced... The cycle of life goes on.

"When you have been together so long you multiply the number of issues by the number of people in the band."

For Jon, alcohol is his demon of choice. However, he now prefers sipping fine wine to slugging beer.

"I still drink... I don't have a problem with drink," he says, raising his glass of ginger cordial to his lips.

"I drink too much every day but it has never been a problem. I don't have a problem. If you drink anything, you drink too much. If you drink a few coffees you are drinking too much coffee."

Even though the fans cherish his music, Jon is matter-of-fact about his role in Bon Jovi.

"It is a business - it's called the music business for a reason," he says with a shrug. "When you have made your music then you have to run a business.

"I don't want to make it sound like I am sitting behind some corporate desk because that's definitely not the case. But if you haven't learnt the business in 25 years you are a fool.

"How often can you pretend that? You can survive on luck or good looks but then you have to deliver and after you've delivered then you have to back it up. So I am the CEO of this major corporation, but it's not like we have board meetings or anything like that. No way!

"I would be so bored."

Jon is surprisingly laid-back about seeing the band's recent album Circle top the charts - their fourth No.1 album. To many bands - especially one that has been around at the top for three decades - it would be a major achievement. But Jon instead sees it as a validation of his work. Continued success also helps him to avoid what he sees as the nightmare of just relying on the old hits like Livin' On A Prayer and You Give Love A Bad Name.

"No.1 records allow you to make more records - that's the plus thing about it," he says, matter-of-factly.

"That's the greatest part, being allowed to make more records. It's not a vanity thing, the art is the vanity.

"Of course there's a buzz. If we came in at No.2 that would suck.

"There is an classic cartoon which says, 'If you are not lead dog the view is the same'.

"The gift is the record and getting to do another.

"Say if you get the biggest-selling record of all time - Slippery When Wet was our Thriller - and then the devil says that's it? Then I would be talking to you 22 years later about the same album. I would f****** kill myself.

"I would be bored to tears to sit here and talk about nostalgia and reunion tours and 'aw back in the 80s'. Jesus Christ, no no no. That would kill me.

"But we are here talking about my new stuff and that's good."

Tonight, Bon Jovi raise the curtain on a 12-night residency at London's huge O2 Arena - and it's all sold out.

Fans at the 23,000-capacity venue can expect a mix of old and new numbers, and the band will be giving their all. All individual members are looking forward to their stint in London.

AMAZING

"It is going to be amazing - London in June is a lovely time," says Jon.

"We were here last June when Wimbledon was on, there were concerts every day in the park. It was great fun. And we thought, 'Wouldn't it be fun to come to London for a while?' And everyone else said it was a great idea so we booked it.

"We are doing it for long enough so we can stay a while and I can bring the family over with me."

However, some diehard Bon Jovi fans are far from happy at the price of attending the gigs. Tickets start at around s45 and go up to an eye-watering s1,299 for the platinum ones.

One supporter posted on the band's official website: "The prices of the tickets are ludicrous. You really let us down this time, guys."

Although Jon is concerned at the level of criticism, he is quick to defend the pricing strategy.

He says. "Those tickets are a couple of special package tickets.

"I don't really know what they are, they could be anything. It may be that you get everything and it may be 20 tickets.

"But it ain't the front row and it ain't the front section. It's certainly not gipping anyone else out of anything."

Although he enjoys fine wine and good food, keep-fit fanatic Jon works hard to stay in shape as he hurtles towards his 50th birthday - and it shows.

Despite his youthful appearance he is among an increasingly rare breed of star in that when he speaks, his eyebrows move and his forehead crinkles expressively. Jon insists that he feels no pressure to turn to plastic surgery or Botox.

"Everything is mine," he laughs, as he finishes his coffee. "I am getting older but at least this is all mine. I haven't had anything done.

"I've not been tempted to have any work done.. not unless they can make me taller!"

Dans l'interview plus haut du Mirror, Jon s'explique tant bien que mal sur les px exorbitants des packages. Ben Jon a trouvé un coupable, il a viré le manager du groupe !!!
Il lui impute la pub mensongère sur les packages à 1000$, la résidence à NBC qui n'a pas pu permettre au gpe d'être exposé sur les autres réseaux tv et des passages du documentaire ...

"Rovner recently sent his lawyer, Michael Guido, to ask Jon for a raise and was told he was lucky to have a job," said our source.

Bon Jovi e-mailed us: "Though I personally live for and love Page Six, I'm sorry to say that the tidbit you have received regarding the split between Vector Management and Bon Jovi is inaccurate. The boring truth is we decided to go in different directions and thanked both Jack and his team for a great job. He is and will remain a close friend and someone who I will be very grateful to for his dedication."

A spokeswoman for Vector Management said: "Jack and everyone at Vector are very proud of the work they did [with Bon Jovi] together over the last five years, including their first Grammy awards, first No. 1 chart debuts globally, and even a No. 1 on the country charts. Vector continues to represent the nation's top-selling acts, including Kings of Leon, Kid Rock, Dierks Bentley and many others."

Je pense que 2010 était une intro au World Tour 2011, il passera en Europe, au japon, au canada et finira par chez lui...
