The newest Fairmont in Vancouver, the Fairmont Pacific Rim, is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is so well thought out, so perfectly designed, and just overall so... great. This must be why it is a favourite with the celebrities! Tom Cruise stayed here during filming of the new Mission Impossible movie, and Jon Bon Jovi is *currently* staying here as his tour makes a stop in Vancouver. We are staying on a Fairmont "Gold" floor which provides complimentary wireless internet access, and access to the lounge where snacks, drinks, and hors-d'oeuvre are served all day.
