floor of the building at 111 W. 67th Street / 1992 Broadway on
Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Other articles or posts on the sale were
written about by the New York Post’s fine celebrity real estate
columnist

unit on November 15, with the deal closing on February 25. The
transaction was recorded on Monday. It’s unclear who the new buyer is;
public records only reveal that it’s a limited-liability corporation
based in Scarsdale, N.Y.

Way back on November 30, 2006, we had reported that

Bon Jovi paid $1,833,000 in 1998 for the Park Millennium unit,
according to public records, and owned the unit through his real name,
which is John Bongiovi.
